Commercial Systems Process:
01. Site survey & design review.
Analyze existing site conditions, measurements, potential concerns, and dimensions, and pay close attention to all client concerns and target goals.Â
02. Engineering & customer approval drawings.
Designs start from our existing cataloged systems- or from your design intent. To utilize all site survey and design review data to engineer customized systems and solutions.Â
03. Permitting, logistical review, & project mapping.
This phase includes due diligence, administrative and logistical preparation-filings, regulatory compliance, and shop ticket review.Â
04. Procurement & manufacturing.
Final specialty hardware, electronics, consumables, fittings, and materials to be received in. The majority of all materials are kept in stock- to be available upon scope commencement. Fabrication, assembly, and final finishes executed.
05. Final quality control inspection.
All processes, components, and materials are inspected at various checkpoints throughout the manufacturing cycle. After fabrication and construction are completed, the final thorough quality control inspection and mock-ups are performed- before packaging.Â
06. Delivery, installation, & demobilization.
Every system and product is packaged to protect our client’s investment, whether our field mechanics are to be installing- or yours. During each installation, we maintain a professional and clean job site, remove demolished debris offsite, and take every measure possible to meet and exceed our client’s goals and expectations. We aim to leave all surroundings in a better condition than when we arrived onsite.
